We hope you are delighted with your Parfums de Marly purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrance bottles with broken seals cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Parcel
Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original boutique packaging, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
